Q1.How much is the regeneration temperature of molecular sieve , activated alumina ,  silica alumina gel and silica alumina gel (water resistant)? (air dryer)

A1:Activated alumina :160℃-190℃
        Molecular sieve :200℃-250℃ 
        Silica a
lumina gel:120℃-150℃

The dew point pressure can reach -60℃ in normal condition with silica alumina gel.


 


                                                                                                                                        

Q2:In addition to the quality of the product, what are the reason for the break ball in the air dryer?

A2:① Desiccant expose in liquid water, lower crush strength , incorrect filling way.
        ②Without  voltage-sharing  or blocked , overimpact.

       ③Crush strength is effected by the stirring bar while filling.
 

Q3.What is the dew point of using the activated alumina JZ-K1 in the air dryer?

A3:Dew point -30℃ to -40℃(dew point)
        Dew point -20℃ C to -30℃C (pressure dew point)

 

 

 

Q4What is the dew point of using the activated alumina JZ-K2 in the air dryer?

A4:Dew point -55℃  (dew point)
        Dew point -45℃ (pressure dew point)
 

Q5:What products can reach the dew point-70℃ ?

A5:Molecuar sieve 13X  or molecuar Sieve 13X plus activated  alumina ( the activated alumina could protect the molecular sieve and dry).


Add: The dew point is -70 , how to filling the molecular sieve, activated alumina and silica gel?
A:Bottom of bed:activated alumina;
   middle 
of bed: silica alumina gel;
   top of bed:molecular sieve.


 



 

Q6:Why the dew point is plummted  after using the product for a while?

A6: Regeneration isn't completely .

 

Q7 What  the normal  size of activated alumina  could be used for the air dryer ?

A7:3-5mm、4-6mm、5-7mm.
